Quality Policy

At Martoglio S.r.l., General Management firmly believes in the strategic importance of ensuring that all products and services fully meet customer requirements in terms of quality, reliability, timeliness, punctuality, and flexibility. Quality is recognized as a fundamental driver for organizational efficiency and must be pursued across all business processes, with a strong focus on prevention rather than correction. In this context, the General Management (GM) is committed to maintaining and strengthening the UNI EN ISO 9001 Quality Management System and sets forth the following strategic objectives:

  • Deliver products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations, fostering long-term trust and reinforcing Martoglio S.r.l.’s image as a company defined by efficiency, integrity, responsiveness, and customer-oriented sensitivity.
  • Enhance internal efficiency through process standardization, organizational optimization, and the continuous professional development and motivation of personnel.
  • Analyze, streamline, and formalize processes using methodologies designed to prevent errors, eliminate inefficiencies, and ensure compliance with defined quality standards.
  • Reduce the cost of quality by minimizing non-conformities, rework, and waste.
  • Strengthen internal capabilities through greater employee engagement, awareness, and alignment with the company’s ethical code, promoting a culture where every individual acts as both a customer and a supplier within the organization.

The GM sets quality objectives that address both external priorities—such as product performance, customer satisfaction, and market demands—and internal priorities, including the reduction of waste, optimization of services, and post-sale performance. Each year, the General Management defines measurable indicators for quality-related objectives and commits to communicating specific target values, serving as key metrics for evaluating customer satisfaction and organizational performance.
