Production Department
Our series production department is structured to deliver maximum efficiency, flexibility, and responsiveness, and is divided into two specialized areas: the Press Department and the Assembly & Fitting Department.
Press Department
This area is equipped with mechanical presses ranging from 20 to 120 tons, allowing for a broad spectrum of precision metalworking operations. The versatility of our equipment enables us to manufacture complex components—even in large production runs—based on customer specifications, while ensuring high quality standards and fast turnaround times.
Assembly & Fitting Department
In this department, we employ both manual and automatic resistance welding machines, capable of managing a wide variety of welding operations. We manufacture components to customer designs, offering both full-service supply and contract manufacturing, always prioritizing precision, durability, and consistency in the final product.
Our production team works in close collaboration with customers to develop innovative solutions and optimize production processes. We bring decades of experience in resistance and projection welding, positioning ourselves as a reliable partner for even the most demanding applications. A key strength of our production operation is our in-house tool shop, which enables us to perform rapid maintenance and technical modifications as needed. Many of the tools and fixtures used in production are designed and built internally, giving us full control over quality and lead times, while minimizing downtime and enhancing overall process continuity. Thanks to our highly specialized structure and a skilled team of technicians, we are able to quickly and accurately meet series production demands, while consistently maintaining exceptional quality and reliability standards.
